Last time I got this shirt they sent me an XL in men’s (I ordered a womens XL but by the time I tried to return it they didn’t have the correct size) so its too big to wear.
Should I buy it again?

I did the 30 day Shred level 1 workout last night and my legs are fucking sore.
Am I suppose to do that workout everyday?
Some new goals to keep me motivated.
I want this dress. It’s so cute! But it’s going to be around $80 after shipping. So here is my new goals:
If I can do 30 minutes of exercise for 5 days a week for 30 days I will buy it. Sounds easy right?
So far I ride my bike 3 days a week and run 2ish days a week but the spring time weather is starting to get nasty (Oh I love you Oregon) so I am thinking of doing the 30 day shred.
Anyone have any other recommendations? Or experience with the 30 day shred?
Another breakfast favorite - Breakfast salad with poached egg.
It’s ridiculously easy and the only time you need is to boil the water. For the poached egg I like to boil a pot of water and drop the egg in it for a few minutes.
For those counting calories, this meal includes:
English muffin - 110
Egg - 70
1/4 cup of Cottage Cheese - 50
Pinch of mozzarella - 40
2 cups of mixed greens - 20
For an awesome total of 290 calories. Try this. It’s awesome.

I wish I was the kind of girl who went home, had an apple for dinnner and called it good. That would make things so much easier.
But I like food. And I like to cook. And I like to find fun/healthy recipes. So complicated.
